A glance at the 10 largest projects in Tulsa County voters will consider in a special election Tuesday:

--$350 million to entice Boeing Co. to build a manufacturing plant for its new 7E7 jet in Tulsa, employing as many as 1,200. Proposition 1.

--$183 million for an 18,000-seat events center. Part of Proposition 3.

--$40 million for construction of parking facilities, livestock barn, exchange center building, grandstand enclosure, central park and other improvements at Tulsa Expo Square. Part of Proposition 3.

--$30 million for a new research, medical and clinical care facility at Oklahoma University-Tulsa. Part of Proposition 3.

--$30 million for a technology research center at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. Part of Proposition 3.

--$30 million for city beautification and infrastructure improvements in Tulsa County cities. Part of Proposition 4.

--$26 million for a new library, laboratories and classrooms at Northeastern State University-Broken Arrow. Part of Proposition 3.

--$22.3 million in utility improvements and a building lease for American Airlines. Proposition 2.

--$14.5 million to redevelop an industrial area in Sand Springs. Part of Proposition 4.

--$14 million for a new health care facility in north Tulsa. Part of Proposition 3.
