Agreement reached over 'free speech' issue on Broken Arrow city buses

Updated:
An international law firm says its reached agreement with the city of Broken Arrow over a free speech issue.

The American Center for Law and Justice says the city is changing a policy that prohibited passengers on city buses from discussing religion. The city agreed to change the wording of the policy to say private conversations on buses are allowed as long as they don't disturb the driver or other passengers.

The ACLJ sued the city in May on behalf of a Broken Arrow woman and her daughter.
