The search continues for a suspect in a series of armed robberies in Tulsa.
It started shortly after midnight in the 3100 block of East Pine, when a man carrying a shotgun robbed Ben's Quik Stop. He took cash and ran.
A few minutes later, a man with a similar description tried to get into the Seven Days store at 1900 North Lewis.
A witness managed to give police a description of a getaway car. It was stopped about a half hour later. After an investigation, Tulsa Police determined the two people in the car weren't responsible. So they're still looking for the suspect.
Police believe he's responsible for a number of other armed robberies in recent days.
