(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State is expected to extend the contract of football coach Les Miles for another year and give him a raise.
Miles currently makes $1.2-million a year and the extension would keep Miles at OSU through 2010.
The extension is recommended by athletic director Harry Birdwell and will be considered by the Board of Regents during a meeting Friday.
The Cowboys were 9-and-4 last season, giving them back-to-back winning seasons and bowl games for the first time since the 1980s. OSU played in the Cotton Bowl last season.
