New developments surfaced Thursday in the case of a Creek County judge under fire. Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson filed a motion to get Judge Donald Thompson removed from the bench.

Thompson came under investigation last year and had his cases suspended until January. He's been listening to cases since then and still is.

However, Edmondson says Judge Thompson violated the code of ethics. The motion says one of Judge Thompson's employees saw him place a pump on his private parts maybe 10 times during either a non-jury or a jury trial and operate the pump. Other witnesses say they heard the sound of a pump in operation while trials were going on, including a murder trial.

Judge Thompson didn't call the News on 6 back Thursday, but the motion says he denies using the pump and said it was just a gag gift from a friend.
