The same judge who ruled a Porter teen will stand trial as an adult for a school bus stabbing; will preside over the boy's murder trial.

16 year old Daniel Dillingham's case has been assigned to Judge Darrell Shepherd, who handles Wagoner County's juvenile docket.

Dillingham learned in March he'd be tried as an adult, but that ruling was overturned on appeal.

He faces first degree murder charges in the December stabbing death of Carl "Andy" Robinson who was attacked on a bus while on the way to school.
