Oklahoma County judge asks to be removed Sapulpa judge's case

(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A member of the court that will decide whether to remove a judge from the bench for improper sexual conduct wants to be removed from the case.

District Judge Charles Humphrey the third is a member of the Court on the Judiciary. The court is being asked to remove Creek County District Judge Donald Thompson[pictured] for allegedly using a ``penis pump'' during trials.

Humphrey says in a letter to the court's presiding judge he believes it would not be proper for him to sit on the case. Humphrey says he and Thompson are in the same judicial district and have worked together.

Thompson's attorney says the allegations are not true.
