(Eufaula-AP) -- Officials say the body of a Eufaula man who drowned following a weekend boating collision has been recovered.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a friend of 54-year-old Michael Seagraves discovered the man's body around 6 a-m Monday while conducting his own search.

Seagraves was found in about two feet of water three-quarters of a mile north of where his boat was struck Sunday morning.

A medical examiner confirmed the body was Seagraves.

The highway patrol has said no life jackets were in use at the time of the accident.
