A break-in at a Tulsa school lands an ex-con back in jail.

Updated:
The break-in happened around 2 o'clock Wednesday morning at Lindberg Elementary in East Tulsa. Police say 22-year-old Brandon Zimmerley broke out a back window and tripped the alarm.

He tried to hide but a Canine officer found him. When Zimmerley refused to give up... he was bitten. He was treated then booked into the jail.

Zimmerley told officers he'd been out of jail two months on a previous burglary charge.
