Boyd Luper faces charges of forcible sodomy, indecent exposure, making an indecent proposal and eight counts of lewd molestation.

Luper and his wife, Evelyn, operated Evelyn's Day Care in Kansas, Oklahoma.
Evelyn Luper faces three counts of lewd molestation, making an indecent proposal and performing a lewd act in the presence of a minor.
