A federal civil lawsuit accuses the Muskogee County district attorney, his chief of staff and members of a drug task force of racketeering.

The lawsuit comes after a private inquiry into seizures done by employees at District Attorney John David Luton's office. An employee of Luton's claims she was retaliated against after telling her boss about questionable seizures by the drug task force.

She claims members took auto parts during property seizures and used the parts to repair cars at the Muskogee Auto Works. The woman's husband claims he was locked out of the mechanic shop and his tools stolen.

Luton couldn't be reached for comment.
