Funeral planned for Tulsa child abuse victim

Rosa Jefferson-Whiten was only 2 months old when she died last week from a fractured skull, broken ribs and a ruptured intestine. <br/><br/>Her parents, Teddy Jefferson and Mishana Whiten, have been arrested.

Rosa Jefferson-Whiten was only 2 months old when she died last week from a fractured skull, broken ribs and a ruptured intestine.

Her parents, Teddy Jefferson and Mishana Whiten, have been arrested. Tulsa Police, nurses and social workers were so touched by the tiny, baby who died all alone, they couldn't bear for her not to have a proper burial. So, they're arranging a graveside service for little Rosa, the police chaplain will speak and Floral Haven donated a plot.

But they're worried Rosa won't have any flowers. If you'd like to send flowers to Rosa's service, send them to Floral Haven Cemetery at 6500 South 129th East Avenue.

The service is Wednesday at 10 AM.

The Child Abuse Network is always taking donations in Rosa's memory.
