Oklahoma's number 1 deadbeat dad is behind bars. 35-year-old Jeffery Bickert of Grove was arrested for owing more than $75,000 in child support payments.

He was picked up at a casino in Catoosa.

Bickert held the top spot on Oklahoma's Child Support Enforcement Division's "Most Wanted" list.
