ENID, Okla. (AP) -- An ice cream truck driver is in trouble for allegedly handing out more than frozen treats.
Markus Jerome Miller of Oklahoma City remains in jail after being arrested on a complaint of firing a semi-automatic weapon during an argument with customers.
Police believe Miller had a disagreement with a woman who approached the van to buy ice cream.
Police say Miller fired two shots toward the ground. Debris kicked up by the shot struck the woman in the shoulder and collarbone, but she refused medical treatment.
Police arrested Miller inside the ice cream van a short distance away.
