A Tulsa burrito bandit is behind bars. A Tulsa Police officer says he saw Terry Williams stealing a burrito from a convenience store.
They say when Williams spotted the officer, he took off running. The officer hopped in his patrol car and caught him. He says Williams took a swing at him, so the officer pepper-sprayed him.
Williams' actions went from a petty crime to a felony charge of assaulting an officer and because he had a previous grand larceny conviction, that means even the burrito theft was a felony offense.
