Nebraska Tweaks '08 Schedule, Announces 3 Games For 2010

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ The dates of two nonconference games on Nebraska's 2008 football schedule have been changed. The Cornhuskers also announced the addition of three opponents for 2010 Wednesday.

Nebraska now opens the season August 30 against Western Michigan. The game originally was scheduled for September 27.

Nebraska's game with Virginia Tech will now be played on September 27 instead of the originally scheduled September 20. Nebraska now has an open date on September 20.

The Huskers will open 2008 with five consecutive home games.

Western Kentucky, Idaho and South Dakota State have been added to the 2010 schedule.
