BELOIT, Wis. (AP) -- A man who made his billions from roofs has died after falling through one at his home.

Authorities in Wisconsin say Ken Hendricks was checking the construction on the roof of his home garage Thursday night when he fell though. Officials say he suffered massive head injuries. He died Friday morning at a local hospital.

Hendricks was the founder, chairman and CEO of ABC Supply Company, which described itself as nation's largest wholesale distributor of roofing.

Forbes magazine ranked him as the 91st richest man in America, with a net worth of 3.5 billion dollars.
