OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A former Kay County sheriff's deputy faces from 5 to 20 years in prison after pleading guilt today to federal child pornography charges. Michael Wade Kent of Ponca City entered the plea to a charge of using the Internet to transmit child pornography. He admits he sent a video clip of a girl about 13-years-old who was engaged in a sexual act.

In addition to prison Kent faces a fine of up to $250,000. Sentencing is expected in about 90 days.
