OMAHA, Neb. (AP) Officials say a Southwest Airlines plane flying from Las Vegas to Hartford, Connecticut, made an emergency landing Saturday night in Omaha, Nebraska.

An airline spokeswoman says a person who missed the flight allegedly made a bomb threat.

No explosives were found, and the 137 passengers on Flight 1018 continued on to Hartford after the unexpected layover of just over three hours.

Southwest spokeswoman Christi Day says the passenger who missed the flight made a statement about a bag and then made a bomb threat specific to Flight 1018.

It's not known whether the threat was made to a gate agent in Las Vegas or by telephone.
