OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An Oklahoma County judge says prison time is likely for a former Oklahoma State basketball star accused of indecent exposure.
Byron Houston appeared in court Thursday to face a new accusation of indecent exposure. It's the fourth time the 37-year-old has been charged with indecent exposure. He already is on probation for six years for offenses in 2001 and 2002.
Judge Ray Elliot Thursday said he plans to send Houston to prison if the latest accusation proves true.
Houston's attorney says his client needs treatment, not prison, and wants to put on testimony from medical professionals.
Houston was arrested and charged after a woman reported last month she saw him masturbating in a car during rush hour at a busy Oklahoma City intersection.
