Two children are in the hospital Monday evening after an accident that happened in south Tulsa. Police say the driver of a pickup was going east on 51st Street at Memorial when she slammed into the back of a car.
Tulsa Police say the wreck crushed the trunk into the back seat where both children were riding. The children are 7 and 10 years old. Both were taken to a Tulsa hospital with broken bones, but are expected to recover.
Tulsa Police continue to investigate the accident
