Hilldale High School's principal could find out if he gets to keep his job. A hearing will be held to determine if an injunction barring his termination will remain in place. Dewayne Pemberton was fired earlier this year.
Hilldale wants the state Supreme Court to lift the injunction. It says new employee contracts went into effect July first, so it should have the right to hire employees as it sees fit.
