Former Creek County District Attorney’s Office employee Ed Willingham Jr. was in court Friday. He faces charges of violating a protective order filed by his wife. On Friday a judge set Willingham's bail at $2,500, which he posted.
Willingham is also being investigated by the OSBI on allegations he molested a young girl.
The Creek County DA fired Willingham Thursday and asked to be disqualified from handling any of his cases.
