KELLYVILLE, Okla. (AP) _ A Missouri woman has died after a crash on Interstate 44 in northeastern Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Shelley Sorrell of Bois D'Arc, Missouri, was a passenger in a truck that ran off the highway last night after it caught fire.

The driver of the refrigerated box truck told troopers there was a fire inside the truck before he drove off the right side of the road, hitting several trees.

The driver was thrown from the truck, but Sorrell was trapped inside the burning vehicle.

The crash occurred around 8:30 Friday night near Kellyville in Creek County.
