A cement truck rolled over causing gridlock on the Broken Arrow Expressway during rush hour Tuesday morning. The accident happened in the eastbound lanes of the Broken Arrow Expressway at U.S. Highway 169. Eastbound traffic on the BA Expressway was reduced to one lane because of the accident.
Tulsa Police say the eastbound exit off U.S Highway 169 to the Broken Arrow Expressway was closed because of the accident.
Tulsa Police say no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
