Bells Amusement Park doesn't want Tulsa County leaders to make its business plan public. Fair Board Chair Randi Miller says she's checking to see if she can legally release the plan. It's the same plan she asked Bell's to provide last year, before the board allowed the amusement park’s lease to expire. Back then, Miller said she wanted independent third parties to examine it, but lawyers for Bell's refused, citing confidentiality concerns.

The Bells say their plan is a good one, and that it's the Tulsa County Fair Board that's making bad moves.

"If we're going to talk about business plans and business decisions, I wonder how the decision of removing your absolute best tenant, as far as finances is concerned, the biggest money maker from the premises, how that makes good business sense," said Bell’s President Robby Bell.

Miller's request to publicize Bell's business plan comes after the release of an Oklahoma Poll commissioned by The News on 6 and the “Tulsa World.” That poll shows 70% of Tulsa County voters disagree with the decision not to renew Bell's lease.
