Worker Abducted During Robbery

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Police in Oklahoma City have located a woman who was abducted after a robbery at a restaurant.

A gunman abducted Monica L. Grady Friday night after forcing her to open the safe and cash registers.

Police spokesman Master Sgt. Charlie Phillips says the man took Grady outside Oklahoma City and kicked her out of the car. She contacted her mother Saturday afternoon.

Phillips says officers won't know more until they speak to her.

The suspect took Grady from the restaurant as she closed for the night. When employees showed up Saturday, they found cash registers that had been opened and noticed the security system had not been activated.

Video surveillance shows the man forcing Grady to open the safe and cash registers and then leading her from the store.
