The Talons have signed former OSU Cowboy Prentiss Elliott.

Elliott played just one season at OSU before being dismissed from the team shortly after Mike Gundy was named head coach.

Elliott has run into legal problems in the past and was sentenced to 15 days in jail last June after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of transporting a firearm.

Talons general manager and co-owner Henry Primeaux says he's aware of Elliott's past and believes he's now committed to playing football.
