There's a governmental shift in Washington County.  Bartlesville Mayor Ron Nikkel has been voted out of office.  The Bartlesville City Council voted three to one to remove Nikkel from his job.

Nikkel has been accused of failing to comply with his mayoral duties.  After some shuffling, City Councilor Tom Gorman was voted the new Mayor.

Eddie Mason will retain his job as Vice Mayor.
