Tulsa To Play A Sunday Regular Season Game

The University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane will play its first Sunday regular season game in 11 years when it hosts Central Florida on October 26, 2008.  The game against the Golden Knights will be a nationally televised game. 

The game is a rematch of the Conference USA championship game where UCF beat TU 44-25.  Tulsa defeated the Godlen Knights for the title in 2005.

The contest will be the first Sunday game for TU since 1997 when they played Colorado State.
