As Easter Sunday winds down you might be wishing you could rethink having had that third chocolate bunny. Not to worry. NewsOn6.com's Nicole Wiseman reports, a local group is ready to whip you into shape and they're making it easy.

David Frette has mastered his yoga technique in the two years he's been practicing.

"It's completely different from everything you do at a regular gym where you're grinding it out, contracting; this is letting go all the time," said David Frette of Tulsa.

Often, Frette makes a beeline from the courtroom to the yoga mat. The lawyer makes The Yoga Room's, Yoga for Lunch workouts part of his weekly routine.

"It's a set time and you know you have to be there. You can't just keep bumping off when you're going to go then all of a sudden it's 8:00 and you don't make your workout," said Frette.

The convenience of ditching a regular lunch break for a quick yoga session is helping many make fitness a big part of their lives.

"Eating better, feeling better, sleeping better, and just taking better care of myself," said Annette Murray of Tulsa.

You don't need years of practice to experience the benefits of yoga. All you have to do is roll out a mat and get started.

"People who don't workout at all, they'll be great at yoga because they'll be a little more limber. People who are really athletic, they'll be great, but they'll also be able to practice flexibility and concentration," said Nicole Tobias, co-owner of The Yoga Room.

Yoga Room Owners say this exercise will change your life.

"You're able to live life more profoundly, more peacefully, more focused and in the present," said Tobias.

All key qualities to enhance anyone's line of work.

"I'm heading to court right now," said Frette.

Yoga for Lunch is every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 12:05 to 12:55. The Yoga Room offers several other classes throughout the week.

The Yoga Room is located at 3403 S Peoria Ave Tulsa, OK 74105. You can contact them by calling (918) 808-9642.
