Debris-removal contractors will wrap up their third and final pass through Tulsa this week.
The city says after that, anybody left with debris will have to dump it themselves at Tulsa's green waste recycling site or if the debris is small enough, put it out with the trash.
The Mayor's Office says the City of Tulsa has spent more than $14 million removing the debris.
