Police Investigate Possible Drug Deal

There are new developments on Monday in what was first thought to be a home invasion robbery that left one man in critical condition.

Police say the victim was stabbed several times in a house in the 1700 block of West 51st Street. It happened just after 11:00 on Sunday night.

Police were told it was a robbery attempt, but investigators say the victim told them he'd gone to the house to buy marijuana and things went wrong.
