Skiatook Man Killed In Traffic Accident

One person is killed in a single vehicle accident overnight on the Tulsa-Washington County line.

The accident happened around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday on 186th Street North, just west of U.S. Highway 75. 

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol say 29-year-old Ronnie Latty of Skiatook apparently fell asleep at the wheel. His vehicle went off the road then over corrected. OHP troopers say Latty's vehicle then hit a utility pole and slammed into a tree.

Latty was pronounced dead at the scene.
