Charges Filed Against Judge

A Tulsa County district judge is charged with two counts of indecent exposure after his ex-girlfriend and her friend reported the incident.

The attorney for Judge Jesse Harris says the judge strongly denies the allegations.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris asked to be recused from the case because of a conflict of interest.  The attorney general assigned the case to the District Attorney in Washington County.

Judge Harris is accused of exposing himself in a hotel parking lot on March 9th.  His attorney says the judge will fight the allegations.
