Charges Filed In Catoosa Shooting

The Wagoner County District Attorney has filed charges against Stephen Eaton.  Eaton had claimed he shot Dwayne Dennis in self defense in March.

Both men were arguing about a conflict between their sons.

Eaton admitted confronting Dennis, and when things escalated both men opened fired.  Dennis died from his wounds.  Now, Eaton is charged with first degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.
