Art Festival Takes Over Blue Dome District

Mayfest isn't the only thing going on this weekend in downtown Tulsa. The Blue Dome Arts festival is only a few blocks away at 2nd and Elgin.

The festival, which is truly a grass-roots event, was started by Virginia Harrison, who says she wanted to give all artists a chance to sell their wares during Mayfest.

The art festival is now in its fourth year and showcases the work of hundreds of local artists and local businesses.
