Fatal Accident On Highway 75

The Tulsa Police Department is investigating a deadly crash on Highway 75 near Apache. Police say the driver of a jeep was in the center median before crossing into oncoming traffic and hitting another vehicle head on.

Officers say another vehicle crashed when trying to avoid the accident. One person was killed and another was taken to the hospital.

Police are still investigating. They're asking anyone who saw the jeep driving in the median to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
