There's a new way to tap into the music scene of Green Country. It's called TulsaOriginalMusic.com. This new FM quality audio stream was launched on June 1st.

This website keeps listeners up to date on local bands, concerts, and of course, the latest music. TulsaOriginalMusic.com is being brought to life by Shamrock Communications, which owns Tulsa radio stations Z-104.5 The Edge and 94.1 The Sound. So, how did the idea for the website come about?

"Well, we did a big concert featuring five local bands last year and it was such a success that we wanted to find another way to expose local music to Tulsa," said Kenny Wall, Operations Director.

Around sixty local artists and around 300 songs are featured so far on this 24/7 stream. Each hour, listeners are caught up on upcoming concert schedules and happenings in the local Oklahoma music world.

"This is the perfect place for people who love local music and want to listen at work," said Wall.

To appeal to everyone, this new website will feature a huge variety of genres. Tune in to hear Country, Rock, R&B, and even Jazz!
