Yarbrough Conviction Overturned

A federal appeals court overturns a felony conviction of a former officer with the Tulsa Police Department.

Rico Yarbrough was convicted of tipping off drug dealers before a Tulsa Police drug bust.  On Tuesday, a judge reversed the jury's decision.

The court said Yarbrough didn't get a fair trial because his character witnesses weren't allowed to testify.
