1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 ½ c. cold milk
1 package (4-serving) Jell-O Cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 cups sliced strawberries
½ c. sugar
3 tbsp. fresh orange juice
3 cups fresh blueberries
Additional sliced fresh strawberries for garnish

In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Whisk for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Stir ½ of whipped topping into the pudding, blending well.

Next, in a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar and orange juice.

To assemble trifle, place a third of the cake cubes in a trifle bowl, or other large clear glass bowl. Top with one third of the strawberry mixture, then spoon one third of the pudding over top. Sprinkle with one cup of the blueberries. Repeat layering twice using remaining cake, strawberries, pudding and blueberries, ending with blueberries. Dollop remaining whipped topping, then garnish with additional sliced strawberries. Cover and chill until serving time. Enjoy!

Kitchen Kimberley's Tip:

 This is also great with White Chocolate or Vanilla flavored pudding mix...enjoy!
