Couple Arrested On Sex Complaints

A Broken Arrow couple was arrested last week on a variety of sexual related complaints have been booked into the Tulsa County jail.

The couple, 29-year old David Howard and 26-year old Peterli Howard reportedly told Broken Arrow Police they picked up a juvenile at her Tahlequah home last month and brought her to their home in Broken Arrow.

The couple lives in the 900 block of West El Paso Street.

The couple was arrested on complaints of first degree rape, rape by instrumentation, manufacturing child pornography, procuring a child for indecent acts and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Both of them are being held on $100,000 bond.
