Tulsa Man Competent To Stand Trial

A Tulsa man charged with first degree murder has been found competent to stand trial. Prosecutors say Joshua Muller shot and killed 16-Year-old Derriko Ross and 12-year-old Leah Harris-Fuqua last July.

Investigators say Muller opened fire after his wife said she thought the victims stole her wallet.

Muller is also charged with shooting with intent to kill, after he wounded another 12-year-old during the same incident.
