Veterans and soldiers returning from a deployment may soon have more options for medical treatment. The Department of Veterans Affairs announced plans to build four new outpatient clinics in Oklahoma, including two in communities that are home to Air Force bases.

The new clinics should open within the next 15 months in Altus, Enid, Jay and Craig County.

There are already Veteran Affair community clinics in Ardmore, Ponca City and at the Fort Sill Army post in Lawton.
