Two deadly discoveries in Tulsa have police on the hunt for a killer.  News On 6 Anchor Latoya Silmon reports the victims are just 18 years old.

Police say someone found them shot to death inside a parked car on Wednesday afternoon.  One victim's father says his son was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

A passerby walked up on a nightmare in broad daylight Wednesday, near Lewis and North Columbia.   Inside the brown, four door Caprice, two teens were found shot to death.

While cops combed the scene for clues, family members struggled with their grief.

"He will be missed. He will be missed," said Terry Ray.

Terry Ray son's Teontae and his friend, Tajuan Davis, were only 18.

"He was still going through that directional period in his life where he wasn't sure what he was going to do with himself.  He was trying to make. We weren't going to give up on him," said Terry Ray.

The father says he can't help but blame himself for what happened.  He was suppose to pick Teontae up earlier in the day, but got a slow start.  Now, he's left wondering what could have been.

"I just didn't not spend enough time with my son, hold that for a second," said Terry Ray.

He says his son was a good person, who loved his horse and having good time.

"He got along with a lot of people.  We wasn't a gang banger," said Terry Ray.

Tulsa Police believe the victims knew the shooter.  The deaths are the 21st and 22nd homicides of 2008.

They're urging anyone with information to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
