Restaurant Employee Accused Of Selling Marijuana

A restaurant assistant manager is accused of serving more than just ice cream at a Broken Arrow Braum's.

B.A.P.D. officers arrested 22-year-old Misty Billy on Monday evening at the Braum's at 4640 South Elm Place for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

An undercover detective with the Broken Arrow Police Street Crimes Unit says Billy agreed to sell him marijuana and then pulled a Braum's ice cream bag from her back pocket which contained about a quarter-pound of the drug.

Police say they discovered more marijuana inside Billy's car which was parked at the store's parking lot.

Detectives say Misty Billy resisted officers during her arrest. Billy was jailed on $5,500 bond.

Investigators plan to present their case to the Tulsa County District Attorney's office this week.
