Miami Officer Cleared In Deadly Shooting

A Miami police officer is cleared in the deadly shooting of a 70-year-old man.

Officer Jeffrey Frazier was responding to an assault call inside Ivar Rupley's apartment last month when he says Rupley threw a knife at him.

Frazier fired three shots, killing Rupley.

The DA says Officer Frazier was justified in protecting himself.
