A couple of Oklahoma companies have teamed up to produce and market replicas of Eleanor, the four wheeled star of the movie Gone in 60 Seconds.  The News On 6's Rick Wells reports the muscled-up Mustang was created especially for the movie, but if you have a muscled-up bank account you could have one, too.

Gone in 60 Seconds, of course, featured Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie, but the cult star of the movie was Eleanor, a 1967 Ford Mustang created especially for the movie.

"This is a licensed studio replica of the Mustang that was featured in the movie," said David Miller of Trinity Restorations.

It's a brand new '67 Mustang.  Classic Recreations, a Yukon, Oklahoma company, builds them and Trinity Restorations of Tulsa markets them worldwide.  They are kind of the ultimate Mustang.

"They are sold 'em to Canada.  They've sold them to Belgium.  Sold 'em in Japan," said David Miller of Trinity Restorations.

They are licensed and numbered like an artist's print.  One of the earlier ones, is owned by a Tulsa car collector.

Eleanor is based on a '67 Shelby Cobra Mustang, but the designer added some custom features.

"He made a special hood he added wheel flairs to widen the stance and he did a special front end and a special rear end," said David Miller of Trinity Restorations.

And, they are fast.  Each one has a Craft Ford racing engine.

And, for movie fans, each comes with the Go Baby Go button used to fire the Nitrous oxide booster.  It's equipped with that, too.
