A Seattle judge may help cool flaring tempers in the Oklahoma panhandle.  Drought is forcing ranchers there out of business.

Crops are burned to a crisp.  Pastures are bare and cattle have nothing to eat.

A federal judge in Seattle is opening up 200,000 acres of protected conservation land for grazing.  Wildlife activists oppose the ruling.
