A Broken Arrow man drowned Saturday night at Skiatook Lake. The Oklahoma Lake Patrol reports the victim jumped off a 60 foot cliff and never resurfaced.
The body of 32-year-old John Clinton was found Sunday morning. He was found in water 23 feet deep.
